Yes, we ship worldwide. For international shipping, cost varies according to the buyer's location. Please note, we are not responsible for import duties, customs clearance or local taxes and fees. If you have purchased more than one product, we will ship the products together. This will make your shipping cost much cheaper. However, please keep in mind that all products will be shipped within 24 hours once the payment is confirmed. For large quantities and local pick-ups, please email us prior to purchasing. For large and heavy equipment, such as residential grills with firebox or commercial grade grills, it will be shipped via airfreight once shipping costs are previously approved by the customer. Return of open packages of teas or food products will not be accepted, unless package is defective or damaged during transportation. Refunds: 7 days money back, buyer pays return shipping (not applied for Brazilian Grills or custom-ordered commercial grills)
